Arny Ross | Maternity Session

Inspiration can come from anywhere. And for Arny’s maternity shoot, we imagined her in the Renaissance period. It was a time of great rediscovery of art and with that in mind, it was an opportunity to try something different. With a certain concept in mind, every detail must come together. The makeup and hair need to appear appropriate for the era while the set design should have that old-world look. I also went out of my usual color grading approach for this one since we wanted to achieve a painting like feel that would still fit my style. I think I did pretty well with it. What do you guys think?
